Shawn Holland

Shawn is joining the GMP team as a Mechanical and Piping Construction Manager.

Shawn is an experienced project manager with an excellent track record of safely completing projects on time and within budget. He is detail-oriented, and safety oriented with strong organizational skills, while representing the client by adhering to high standards. Shawn prioritizes coordinating and scheduling contractors to maintain a productive and safe work site, and his hands on approach will prove beneficial to our clients.

Rick Bowman

Rick is joining the GMP team as a Project Planner.

Rick is a Project Controls Professional with more than twenty-five (25) years of valuable experience and employment history across various industries, including Fossil, Nuclear, Oil and Gas, Refineries, and Ash Remediation, as well as the United States Navy. He is a results-oriented leader with a detailed record of success in coordinating with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Craft disciplines across a wide range of organizational fields. Rick possesses strong leadership ethics coupled with the skills to function as an effective team player, and is a motivated professional with the ability to achieve and surpass optimum goals while driving operational excellence in direct compliance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.

Jim Erwin

Jim is joining the GMP team as an Electrical Construction Manager.

Jim has more than 40 years of experience in the construction, engineering, start-up and commissioning, construction management and project management professions. He is specialized in Construction/Project Management (all phases), safety, startup testing, checkout and turnover off engineered and designed systems. Jim has an extensive background in power and has an excellent knowledge of all construction crafts in order to recognize excellence in safety, quality and production of each craft. Jim’s extensive experience in managing budgets and cost, schedules, writing procedures and scopes of work will make a great addition to the GMP team.
