David Tomlinson
David has extensive experience in construction management with emphasis on project controls including estimating, subcontractor management/coordination, project planning, project status, quantity tracking, change management, cost and schedule projection, safety management and document control. He has a proven history of improved contractor efficiency through performance measurement/tracking and project/outage planning management. Performed site safety management, maintaining cost and schedule requirements while establishing effective safe work protocols. David has typical assignments as the Owners representative which is responsible for construction planning and execution of entire capital project portfolio at the site, contractor vetting and quote reviews, schedule development, safety, and quality monitoring, change request evaluation and processing, earned value monitoring and schedule adherence, cost and schedule projection, check-out, commissioning, and initial operations support.
