Allie Harkins
Allie is a Project Controls Specialist creating cost reports to document the weekly costs incurred and ensuring that projects are staying within the budgets that have been allocated. She will also be helping our Project Managers track hours spent for designated deliverables to show how much of each are complete compared to the hours that are being spent on them. Allie will also assist in creating the schedules outlining the tasks and the order they need to be completed. Allie got her degree at the University of Albany in NY where she studied Business Management with a concentration in Project Management. While in NY, she worked as a subcontractor for the New York States Workers Compensation as a Project Coordinator assisting with onboarding, document and deliverable organization and approval.
